So...I have been very delinquent in posting our exciting news. I wanted to post the awesome 3d pics we have from our sonogram, but I keep forgetting to scan them in, so I thought I better go ahead and update without them.
We had our sonogram a couple of weeks ago and many of you know that we are having a girl. When we went in this time she still didn't want to wake up and move around for us much, even though I drank a huge coke before we went in, and Dave made the comment that "Maybe she has ADD like me and caffeine doesn't affect her," I really hope he is wrong.
But...because she wasn't moving around much our sonogram lasted longer, until we could get a good shot in between the legs, and I love every minute I get with her on screen. Once we were able to get a good look at the "goods" the Dr. slipped it to 3d and we were able to see how our sweet baby girl is doing, at one point she appeared to be sucking her thumb, which they do sometimes in the womb. We also noted that she has all her fingers and toes and looks to be developing just perfectly! Technology is a wonderful thing, and I am grateful that we had a chance to spend a full 30 mins with her, in her world.
Dave and I were both getting teary eyed when she did announce that she was indeed a she...it was such a surreal moment. And many of you have been asking about names. We aren't sure about the full name but we do know that we will call her Fay...after my grandmother Mary Fay.
Our life is already changing a great deal as this pregnancy becomes more of a reality. I am definitely showing and wearing only maternity clothes, and we are going to start cleaning out her room this weekend, which we have been using for storage since we moved in. It will be nice to spend a long weekend at home. Belly pics will hopefully be coming later this week.

Boy or Girl-We Still don't know!
Now for the video:
So today was supposed to be the day we found out if we are having a son or a daughter...but our precious baby would not cooperate and give us a good shot between the legs! At first it looked to be a girl because he/she was not moving, and appeared to be napping with his/her legs crossed and we couldn't see a thing. As she wiggled the wand around a bit we got some movement but the baby really didn't want to be disturbed...and it may be a little early still to tell. So, we are going back in next Friday, June 19th at 2pm for hopefully the definitive answer to the age old "Boy or Girl?" question.
Although, Dave is convinced he saw a weener, and honestly it does look like it could easily be a boy, but again she couldn't tell for sure. We will all have to wait in suspense one more week. They did give us a DVD of the sonogram and we will be posting it for your viewing pleasure tonight, when I am not on a work computer. And she said I should drink some caffeine next visit to wake the baby up a little and hopefully get some more movement. For now we have some very nice bum shots and healthy baby, which is the most important thing!

Feeling Good These Days
Well, we have only 2 days until we find out the sex of our baby on Wed June 10th! I know I need to post some pics on the blog and I am sorry for the delay in belly pics (I have been getting some requests), but we have all of our pictures downloaded on Dave's computer and he never brings it home. Any way, I am feeling pretty good these days, I still have bouts of exhaustion, but the evening sickness has waned and I can work out again. Which actually makes me feel a ton better. Dave and I planted new flowers this weekend and we are starting to finish up a lot of the projects we started when we first bought the house so we can start on the baby's room. Which right now is a storage room!
Its been really good to be in town these past couple of weekends and we can't wait to give you all the big news on Wed.
